Technical Issues !!

Do to the Xbox 360 programming. I have NOT been able to put LCPDFR or ANY MODS 
on Xbox 360. But I will keep trying to and also I can't access GTA IV on PC. If someone knows how and can Help me this is my email.

All the mods that we will use are PC MODS.
